Terms & Conditions

~All images and content in bab3lov3 blog are COPYRIGHTED by bab3lov3. External use of images or content from bab3lov3 are NOT ALLOWED unless with permission from bab3lov3 management. ~

Please read and understand our terms and conditions.

1. NO CHANGE ALLOWED once you make the confirmation. All sales are FINAL. Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

2. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS for only serious customers who able make payment or meet up for Cod first.

3. For those customer who interested in the reserve items, you may drop us an email as priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details and can make full payment first too.

4. If you're interested in the sold out item, please mail us yeah =) The advance full payment is needed for restock item as the amount will refunded if the item out of stock.

*~* Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We have to stress that all our items are good in quality and the photo are 90% close to actual items. *~*

5. Accessories not included unless we stated there.

6. Goods will be mailed on Monday after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Buyers are to bear all shipping cost via Pos Malaysia. Estimated to arrive in 1-4 days.

7. If you're from OVERSEA, feel free to drop us an e-mail for your inquiry.

*Note: Please mail us if you found any defected items.(Must inform us upon received)

8.Back outs are not allowed once order is placed. We will BLACKLISTED those buyers who disappear after confirmation.

9. We will reply you for your inquiry within 24hours. Please email us if you cant get any response from us.

*Note: Do check your SPAM/ JUNK BOX too yeah =)

10. We will provide extra/additional photos upon request. All our pictures and contents are copyrighted by bab3lov3.

Delivery Hotspots and Charges

We try our very best to deliver your Gorgeous clothes within 3 working days after payment are made!

Buying is at your own risk. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

Shipping costs are to be borne by buyers and the costs are as follow:-

Pos Laju (signature needed upon received):

West Msia: 1st 500g =RM 6

subsequent 250g add RM 2

East Msia: 1st 500g= RM8

subsequent 250g add RM 3.

Pos Express (no signature needed):

*at your own risk*

1 piece only: RM4 (applicable to West M'sia and East M'sia)

*Both Laju & Express estimate to arrive in 1-3 days

Note: Sometimes we will use Kangaroo Courier Service.100% reliable and will reach in 1-2 days.

We will not be held responsible over any lost or damage during delivery by our Pos Malaysia.

COD(Cash On Delivery) is FREE to the following areas:

Butterworth: Saturday & Sunday

Penang: Monday To Friday

Step 3: Wait for our reply via email or SMS on the availability of the item and confirmation within 3 days. Please reply to the confirmation email/SMS as soon as possible for verification and bab3lov3’s account number will be given.

Step 4:Make payment or arrange for COD.

Note:

Bank in or transfer the payment to our account MAYBANK within 48 hours after confirmation. Email us or Text us after payment is made.

Drop us an email for COD confirmation and we shall discuss of with you our hotspots too yeah! ~

Re-order Form
for any items that are SOLD or RESERVED, copy our Re-Order form below, fill it up where applicable and e-mail us at bab3lov3@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 3 days.
